No holiday would be complete without an incredible meal! Am I right?!?! That is why Easter, just like any other holiday, deserves a well thought out delicious indulgent yet healthy Easter Dinner.
What do you think about Easter Dinner what comes to mind?
To me, it is usually ham or lamb as the main protein, served alongside some form of scallop potatoes or mashed potatoes, colorful veggies or seasonal veggies. Typically, there is a salad involved and some rolls. Just like Christmas Dinner I feel so full afterward I need to take a nap but having energetic kids we usually end up going for a walk.
Even though traditional Easter Dinners are delicious and indulgent we usually leave our beginning of the year goals at the door. That is why this year I reached out to my fellow food bloggers to give you Easter Dinner choices, because who said you can’t eat healthily and indulge at the same time. Oh, but no worries, for those that want to keep it traditional I left a few of those on this list.
