At the end of a long week, there is nothing better than to celebrate with a fun family pizza Friday.
The trick is to keep it simple! Simple prep pizza dough, along with this quick and easy pizza sauce, then toss in a few toppings and that is it!




How to Make
Traditionally to get a robust tomato sauce you would have to cook down tomatoes for hours. But! Who has time for that! Today we are simplifying it with a no-cook less than 5 minutes quick and easy pizza sauce.
- First, open up the can of tomato paste, and put the contests in a bowl. Yes! Tomato paste is more robust then puree or diced or even sauce.
- Add in 2 tbsp of Italian Seasoning, 1/4 tablespoon garlic powder, 1/4 tablespoon onion powder




Fill up the empty can of tomato paste with water twice and add it into the bowl with the tomato paste and seasoning. If you through the can away it is about 1/2 cup of water.
Now whisk it all together until it is smooth! There you have it sauce for at least 2 large pizzas for less than $1.




This easy pizza sauce isn’t just quick to make it is loaded with robust and bright flavors. You can make it ahead of time or the day of the pizza night. You can use it for a dip or as a sauce, you can even add it to slow-cooked beef sandwiches for a kick of flavor. The options are endless.

Easy Pizza Sauce
Ingredients
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 12 oz water
- 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- ½ tbsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Stir all the ingredients together until they are well combined.
- Let sit 1 hour in the fridge before using to allow the sauce to thicken.
