Let’s face it being a mom is the most blessed and exhausting job on the planet. It doesn’t matter if you are a stay-at-home mama, a working mom, or a mom boss the fact is all moms are busy. Sometimes it takes a lot to get through the week. Thankfully we have the weekly meal plan to help you get through those crazy weeks.
Using a weekly meal plan is the best way to cook healthier for your family, save money, and time! Browse all of my free meal plans with tons of meal planning ideas including healthy and kid-friendly meals.
The hardest part of meal planning is finding the time to do it. It’s a lot of sifting through recipes, deciding what everyone will eat. By the time you are done you feel overwhelmed and realized you just ate an entire bag of chips because honestly looking at food makes us hungry.
To save you from being overwhelmed and from the regret of eating another entire bag of chips the MCB is doing the weekly meal planning for you!
I hope you enjoy this week’s meal plan. If you have any questions or concerns about a recipe in this week’s meal plan feel free to comment at the bottom of this post.

Unfortunately, here at the MCB, I don’t find it right to put grocery estimates for each week. First, there are too many variables the cost will depend on where you shop, the brands you buy, and how many you are feed. Second, because of all the variables, it felt a bit misleading, and I promised long ago I will always be that honest online friend.
I will inform you, however, for my household, I try to keep our weekly groceries between $50-$125 a week. We are a family of 4 and I primarily shop at Safeway, Dollar General, and Walmart (which is 40 minutes away from my house). Occasionally, we do buy our meat in bulk (Sam’s or Costco), but that is only when we can make it to the city.
Hope you have a fabulous week and find some time to sip some wine and enjoy the season of life you are in.
