Another month has come and gone! Fall is here and are is cool and crisp and all I really want to do is curl up with my blanket and enjoy a good cup of hot cocoa. But! Before I do that here is October 2019 Monthly Scoop from the MCB.
High Lights: The MCB made its first $100.00. For most bloggers that is a joke, but I never got in this for the $$ I got in this for the passion. However, it is nice to have some passive income coming in to help cover the cost to run the site.
Changes: Well this post is a change. Instead of putting the Whisking Thoughts and the updates into 1 post I am breaking it down to 2 so it is easier to maintain.
Whisking Thoughts will no longer be the title of the monthly thoughts instead it is more of a Hey Mama post.

Look ahead: The next few months will be a lot of round-ups and menus. The year is coming to an end and the holidays are upon us. While these are running I will be working on content for 2020!
Life Scrambles: This month has been filled with a lot of ups and downs. Jane turned 8. We are finally going in to talk about her IEP. We also have a parent-teacher conference coming up. If you have a kid with special needs or delays you know how the anxiety builds with these things. Need Prayers!
We are really focused on paying off our debt. (Follow out Journey Here)
But after months after month of barely making ends meet I have decided to find a remote work from home job so I can still take Eli to his appointments, and be there if anything comes up with Jane. Wish me luck.
We also adopted a 10-month-old Lab mix this month. He is a love but man does he need a lot of training.
Books: Still reading the Rose of May. Great Book but feel like I never have time to read.
Watching: I was just introduced to Working Moms on Netflix so funny. Also, let’s not forget New Amsterdam is back as well as This is Us!
Hooked on: RX Bars Guys not only are they delicious bars but the company is outstanding. We got a box in for the kids and me and if you missed it on Instagram let me share. They had a handwritten note in there thanking me for the support! Not too many companies this day and age take the time to really appreciate their clients.
And their Chocolate Sea Salt Bar… let me just say AMAZING!!
Excited For: The Holiday Season. This year we are staying put. Just some downtime to unplug with the family!
Future Goals: I am working on some brand deals for 2020 have some great recipes in the works.
Working on a new newsletter that will come out every Friday in 2020.
Until next month!
