It is almost that time of the year again, hearts and oversized teddy bears are front and center of every major department store. Yep, I am talking about the season of love… Valentine’s day! This year skip the reservations and plan for a romantic night in.

There is nothing more romantic than a candlelit dinner in an overcrowded loud restaurant full of people that are doing the same thing as you… Right!
Okay, call me a cynic but I am not a fan of going out to eat on Valentine’s Day. The crowds, the noise, the food that has been rushed out because the restaurant overbooked themselves so either it is overcooked or undercooked or even a little of both.
Then there is the cost of it all… don’t get me started.
Celebrating your love should be anything but stressful and overwhelming. It should be relaxing and blissful, and it is easier than you think.
All you need is a good movie or your favorite show, a nice bottle of wine or rum (who am I to say what is romantic), and a simple delicious meal followed by a sweet treat.
I am sure you can handle the entertainment, that is the easy part. But! What about dinner?
No need to fear this list has everything you need to help you create a simple and delicious meal for your romantic night.
