Place rice, Coconut milk, veggie stock, and sea salt into the instant pot and give it a stir to combine. Close the lid make sure nozzle is on the seal position. Push the rice button and allow to cook. Once done allow Instant Pot to depressurize on its own. Once you are able to open, give the rice a good stir to fluff it up, serve and enjoy!
