3Chipotle Peppers w/ juice
Salt and Pepper
Pick your protein Chicken, Steak, or Shrimp
Place all ingredients in blender and blend together.
Place in Ziploc Bag with chicken, steak, fish, or shrimp.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 48 hours
This is just a basic Marinade Recipe the calorie count is based off just the marinade and no protein. You pick your protein which will change your calorie count, Shrimp will take 15 minutes or less to cook depending on size, Chicken needs to be cooked until juices are clear the thicker the meat the longer it will take to cook, and steak can be prepped according to preference, rare, medium rare or well done.
